Service 02
ERP Integration & Development
Custom interfaces, extensions, and Factory Track shop-floor digitalization around Infor LN.
We build the technical layer that connects your Infor LN environment to the rest of your operations. This includes custom interfaces to warehouse systems, shipping platforms, supplier portals, and CRM tools; BOD-based ION and OS integration configuration; custom LN extensions and CSIE (CloudSuite Integration Engine) development; and Factory Track shop-floor digitalization.
Factory Track replaces paper-based shop-floor workflows with barcode and scanner-driven digital tracking directly integrated into Infor LN — without third-party middleware. We have deployed Factory Track across production environments at manufacturers with complex ETO and CTO processes.
Each integration project delivers a full technical specification, tested interface code, and knowledge transfer documentation. We do not deliver black boxes.

Named senior consultants for ongoing Infor LN support — application, infrastructure, and advisory.
Our ERP Support Retainer places named senior consultants — people who know your specific LN environment — on a recurring monthly commitment. You get access to the same experienced team for ticket handling, minor enhancements, version upgrades, infrastructure monitoring, and strategic advisory, without the overhead of hiring full-time LN specialists.
Billing is strictly time-and-material within a committed monthly hour band. You pay for actual consumption; unused hours do not carry forward. This model eliminates the fixed-fee markup common in managed service contracts while giving you predictable cost planning.
Our retainer clients typically start with application support and gradually expand to integration projects and digital transformation initiatives — because the team already understands the environment.
